Preparing your space
The updated submission set controls the room arrangement. Your reference image supplies the charcoal, timber, grey and amber palette. Signage uses your confirmed vinyl-disc logo.
Floor-to-floor: 4.25 m, based on the stair note. Ground clear height: 4.00 m; mezzanine clear height: 3.60 m; front void: 7.85 m. These are preview values, authorised for review, and need ZOLO’s confirmation.
A 2.2 × 2.4 m external booth occupies the back-left corner. The adjacent chairs shift right and the keyboard/rack moves to clear it. Its 2.8 m clear height and acoustic/ventilation details are provisional.
Small inconsistent plan dimensions, door/window heights, roof form, structural and acoustic build-ups, service finishes and exterior sign placement. The model is a design preview, not a survey, construction drawing or acoustic certification.
Equipment is a visual proposal representing a professional analogue console, studio monitors, DAW, outboard racks, keyboard and condenser microphone; it is not a purchase specification.
